Lathes

The conventional lathe allows us to machine parts up to 46” Diameter. They are used for short run uncomplicated machines parts.

Plasidyne has four conventional lathes for machining parts up to 46" in diameter.

Levins

Levins Jewelers Lathe

Levins are jewelers lathes the produce machined plastic parts from 1/32" to 5/16" Diameter. They are excellent for small precision parts.

Mills

Plasidyne has four conventional mills with 12" to 30" tables. We are capable of milling precision parts with smooth finishes.

Automatic Screw Machines

Plasidyne has seven 1" Traubs for machined plastic parts.

We have seven 1" Traubs. These are used for high-volume, low-cost machined plastic parts.

Molding

Plasidyne has five Presses and two Grieve Ovens. Molding our PTFE and PTFE-filled materials on site allows us to offer shorter lead times.

Plasidyne has two Grieve Ovens for molding PTFE.
